Lee won the last time they faced Milby and things went their way on Monday too. The Ganders came out on top against the Buffs by a score of 36-29. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Ganders.

Milby's loss came despite strong showings from Ke'Lia Smith and Jadah Gamble. Smith posted 13 points along with six boards and four steals, while Gamble scored seven points and seven rebounds. Smith is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in each of the last 27 games she's played dating back to last season.

Lee's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Milby, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Lee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 35-34 defeat against Channelview on the 25th. As for Milby, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 49-34 loss against Westbury on the 1st.
