UMS-Wright Prep is 1-0 against Citronelle since October of 2022, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Citronelle Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Alabama (UMS-Wright Prep is ranked 85th, while Citronelle is ranked 76th).
Last Thursday, UMS-Wright Prep came up short against Rain and fell 31-21.
Although UMS-Wright Prep took the loss, they still got scores from David Lott, Jake Jaye, and Ty Yance.
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Citronelle beat Williamson 14-8 on Thursday.
UMS-Wright Prep's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 4-3. The slump could be explained by some tough opposition over that stretch, namely Rain, Vigor, and Gulf Shores. As for Citronelle, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
