Softball Recap: Southwestern Randolph Continues Road Dominance on Tuesday

While Southwestern Randolph put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Eastern Randolph. The Cougars blew past the Wildcats 13-0. Considering the Cougars have won eight contests by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Southwestern Randolph's victory was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-2. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Eastern Randolph, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

Coming up, Southwestern Randolph will host Randleman at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight. As for Eastern Randolph, they will head out on the road to take on Jordan-Matthews at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
