Despite the defeat, Blair County Christian had strong showings from Jonathan Marucci, who scored 10 points along with 8 steals, and Caedmon Dull, who scored 8 points along with 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Marucci scored a full 30.3% of Blair County Christian's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Micaiah Marucci, who scored 5 points along with 10 rebounds and 4 blocks.
Centre County Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Blair County Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Centre County Christian Academy will take on Clearfield Alliance Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Blair County Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Huntingdon Christian Academy at 3:00 p.m.
