HENDERSON, Nev. -
Liberty (Henderson, Nev.) extended its winning streak to seven games with a 41-27 victory over
Silverado (Las Vegas, Nev.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by
Ethan Tuilagi in the first quarter, the Patriots were up 27-16 at the half.
Liberty grew its lead to 12 points entering the fourth quarter. LHS scored two times in the third, including once on a
Tyler Parvin touchdown run.
Tyler Newman played well for the Henderson school in the victory. The senior quarterback threw three touchdowns. He has now scored 11 touchdowns on the season.
When the two teams played each other last season, the Patriots came away with a 33-14 victory.
