Hubbard was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight  defeat. They lost  22-2 to the Dawson Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  11-1  last Tuesday.
 Hubbard saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Jake Lane, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  RBI.
Hubbard's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Dawson, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.
 Looking ahead, Hubbard will head out on the road to  take on  Riesel  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Dawson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
