Davenport is 8-1 against Bandera since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wolves will host the BULLDOGS at 7:00 p.m. Davenport is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10 runs per game this season.
On Friday, Davenport made easy work of Canyon Lake and carried off a 12-2 victory. The win continues a trend for the Wolves in their matchups with Canyon Lake: they've now won six in a row.

Teagan Massey tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
On the hitting side, Davenport got a massive performance out of KINLEY Keller, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Kaylie Ramos was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, Bandera was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to Navarro, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.
Bandera saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hannah Wells, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.
Davenport's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-7-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Bandera, their loss dropped their record down to 3-19.
Bandera's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Davenport has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.7 hits per game. It's a different story for Bandera, though, as they've been averaging 11.7 hits. Given Davenport's sizable advantage in that area, the BULLDOGS will need to find a way to close that gap.
Davenport took their victory against Bandera in their previous meeting two weeks ago by a conclusive 16-0 score. Do the Wolves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the BULLDOGS turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
