Crimson Cliffs faced Snow Canyon in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Warriors by a score of  3-2. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won  7-6.

 On the hitting side,  MCKAY WRIGHT made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went a perfect 4-for-4 with one  stolen base and one  RBI.  JASON MCARTHUR was another key player,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3.
