The Maysville Warriors had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 22-12 victory over Bowlegs. That's another feather in the cap for Maysville, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the loss, Bowlegs still got an impressive performance from Colton Sullivan, who rushed for 189 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry.
Maysville has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. As for Bowlegs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.
