Saguaro was sadly handed a defeat on Friday, but Alexa Simpson did her best to prevent it. Simpson wasn't messing around, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. The contest was her third straight with at least one stolen base.

Simpson and Saguaro will be playing at home against ALA - Gilbert North at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Sadly, Simpson's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Saguaro's six-game streak of wins at home.
