Sural Yegin posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. He struck out four batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.

High Tech CV's road trip will continue as they head out to face Escondido Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
