They took a 29-16 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pike Road. Booker T. Washington has not had much luck with Pike Road recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Despite the defeat, Booker T. Washington got a solid performance out of Javis Floyd, who gained 70 total yards and a touchdown.
American Christian Academy's victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-10 Holt and 1-9 Dallas County (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 44.2% over those games). As for Booker T. Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
