The American School for the Deaf Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Midstate Christian Academy Archers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Neither of these teams found much success offensively their last time out, scoring well below their season average.
Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, American School for the Deaf beat Varsity Opponent 20-14. The victory made it back-to-back wins for American School for the Deaf.
American School for the Deaf's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Kerializ M, who scored eight points, and Jaylin D, who scored four points along with five steals.
Meanwhile, Midstate Christian Academy had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They suffered a rough 48-24 defeat at the hands of Grace Baptist Christian Academy two weeks ago.
American School for the Deaf's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8. As for Midstate Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
American School for the Deaf was dealt a bruising 40-11 loss at the hands of Midstate Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in December of 2022. Can American School for the Deaf avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
