Volleyball Recap: Mullen Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Win

Mullen had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Brady Eagles. This was a revenge game for the Broncos: when they faced off against the Eagles back in September, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

Jenna Donohoe paced Mullen's offense, picking up seven kills. Donohoe got some help from Kalli Licking and her 18 assists.

Mullen's win bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Brady, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 16-7.

Mullen has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Sandhills/Thedford on the 18th. As for Brady, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Arthur County on the 18th.
