After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Linden, the Edison Vikings were happy to have found some success on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Bear Creek 3-2. That's another feather in the cap for Edison, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Davic Dominguez and
Jesus Barajas, who scored all three of Edison's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 37 so far this season.
Edison's victory bumped their record up to 20-4-2. As for Bear Creek, they dropped their record down to 2-13-2 with that loss, which was their sixth straight at home.
Edison does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Bear Creek also has no future games currently scheduled.
