Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Piedmont Hills to victory, but perhaps none more so than Subeg Rai, who scored 17 points along with eight rebounds. The matchup was Rai's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Brian Pham was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Ann Sobrato pushed their record up to 4-5 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for Piedmont Hills, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.
