Cramerton Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They blew past the Tabernacle Christian Conquerors 11-1. The win was some much needed relief for the Crusaders as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak dating back to last season.
Coleman Dewey and David Bradley did most of the damage at the plate: Dewey scored two runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-2, while Bradley scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. What's more, Bradley posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Cooper Curell, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.
Coincidentally, Cramerton Christian Academy and Tabernacle Christian will both be playing Vandalia Christian the next time they take the field. Tabernacle Christian will host Vandalia Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Cramerton Christian Academy will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
