The Raines Vikings's game on Saturday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against Yulee as Raines made off with a 60-34 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Raines also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Several Hornets players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Rheyna Hilton, who scored 12 points. The match was Hilton's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Crystal Hayes , who scored 10 points.
The win got Raines back to even at 2-2. As for Yulee, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Raines will take on Parker at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Yulee, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Bishop Snyder at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Bishop Snyder focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up five last Wednesday.
