The Summertown Eagles can now show off 17 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Thursday. They blew past Mt. Pleasant 70-21 at home. The win was familiar territory for Summertown who now have seven in a row.
Karlie Campbell was her usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with seven steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Busby, who scored nine points along with four steals.
Summertown has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 23-5 record this season. As for Mt. Pleasant, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-19.
Summertown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Mt. Pleasant also has no future games currently scheduled.
