High Point Christian Academy also got a great performance from Paisley Dixon as she struck out nine batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. Dixon has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, Hailey Allred was a standout: she went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Maci Burkhart, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one triple.
High Point Christian Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .469. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
High Point Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Grace Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
