The biggest upset of the week belonged to Tonganoxie, who took down 107th ranked Basehor-Linwood, 18-11. Cole Holloway ran for 232 yards in the win.
Mill Valley extended the longest winning streak in Kaw Valley this week by beating Lansing, 77-33. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Jaguars.
Mill Valley's dynamic duo of SKYLER WINDMILLER and L.J. HATCH proved tough for the Lions to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. WINDMILLER threw for 253 yards and five touchdowns and HATCH had 170 yards receiving. Kendall Short helped Mill Valley's passing attack out by catching one ball for 68 yards.
Joel Applebee's team's WINDMILLER and HATCH have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. WINDMILLER has thrown for 1955 yards this season, while HATCH, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 37 catches for 813 yards. Drew Potter from the Bobcats leads the league in rushing with 1123 yards.
Entering into this week's contest against Bishop Miege, WINDMILLER is short just 45 passing yards to break 2,000 on the season.
Turner took down Harmon 44-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. PAUL BERRY threw for 188 yards and four touchdowns and ran for 84 yards in the win.
