The University Tigers will challenge the Booker T. Washington Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. University's defense has only allowed 28.2 points per game this season, so Booker T. Washington's offense will have their work cut out for them.
Last Tuesday, University was able to grind out a solid victory over Memphis School of Excellence Winchester, taking the game 52-41. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

University's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Edniya White, who went 5 for 8 on her way to 14 points and seven steals. White has been hot for a while, having posted three or more steals the last 16 times she's played. Kalina Lambert was another key player, putting up 16 points and three steals.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Wednesday Booker T. Washington sidestepped Mitchell for a 40-38 victory.
Booker T. Washington's win came from a few key players University will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Antaniya Britt, who posted 12 points along with eight boards and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Leanna Carpenter, who put up 11 points and three steals.
University's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Booker T. Washington, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.
Keep an eye on the arc in Tuesday's game: University has been dynamite from deep this season, having made 51.4% of their three-pointers per game. It's a different story for Booker T. Washington, though, as they've only made 25.6% of their three-pointers this season. Given University's sizable advantage in that area, Booker T. Washington will need to find a way to close that gap.
