While St. Francis de Sales's win against De La Salle Collegiate wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Knights sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Pilots on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Julien Coleman spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on seven hits and racked up six Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, St. Francis de Sales' win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Drew Tucker, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one run.

St. Francis de Sales' victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for De La Salle Collegiate, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 20-6.

St. Francis de Sales will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Pilots: the pair will be back at it again later today.
