South San Antonio won the last time they faced MacArthur and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went the South San Antonio Bobcats' way against the MacArthur Brahmas as the South San Antonio Bobcats made off with a 64-42 victory. South San Antonio had a senior duo take command as Aidan Moran went 7 of 15 en route to 20 points and three steals and Ethan Moreno dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Ezra Mares also deserves some recognition as he grabbed his first steal of the season.
South San Antonio was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as MacArthur only racked up six assists.
MacArthur's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jordan Pelt, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cash Slaughter, who put up 13 points.
South San Antonio has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.
