Drummond has been on the road for two straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Granite Prospectors at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Drummond can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 48-27 margin over Lincoln. 48 seems to be a good number for Drummond as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Drummond to victory, but perhaps none more so than Remington Cline, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Cline has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 14 times she's played. Charlee Cline was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Meanwhile, Granite took their matchup at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 51-11 victory over Valley Christian. That's two games straight that Granite has won by exactly 40 points.
Drummond's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Granite, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.
