Basketball Recap: Good Samaritan Homeschool Wins Going Away Against Saline County Christian Homeschool

Good Samaritan HomeSchool saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took down the Saline County Christian HomeSchool Warriors 57-42. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hornets.

Dominic Fogo continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double on 24 points and nine boards. George Fogo was another key player, going 6 for 14 on his way to 15 points and six rebounds.

Good Samaritan HomeSchool smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 20 consecutive games.

Good Samaritan HomeSchool's record is now 17-3. As for Saline County Christian HomeSchool, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Good Samaritan HomeSchool has already played their next contest, a 56-17 victory against Tournament Opponent on the 18th. As for Saline County Christian HomeSchool, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lisa Academy North at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th.
