Ooltewah extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Aleigha Taylor. The Ooltewah Owls breezed past the Chattanooga Central Pounders to the tune of 52-14 on Friday thanks to Taylor, who went 9-for-10 to rack up 18 points and three steals. The game was her third in a row with at least 16 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Brianna Marsh, who posted four points. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

The victory got Ooltewah back to even at 13-13. As for Chattanooga Central, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Ooltewah has already played their next contest, a 77-56 win against Howard Tech on the 11th. As for Chattanooga Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 65-4 defeat against Soddy Daisy on the 11th.
