Palmetto Christian Academy's game last Tuesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They claimed a resounding 68-28 win over Thomas Sumter Academy on the road. Palmetto Christian Academy pushed the score to 47-22 by the end of the third, a deficit Thomas Sumter Academy had little chance of recovering from.
Palmetto Christian Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Blaise Sorensen out in front who scored eight points along with 16 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Evans Baker, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
Palmetto Christian Academy's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-15. As for Thomas Sumter Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-17.
Palmetto Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Thomas Sumter Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
