It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Panther Creek Panthers had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They breezed by Kaufman on the road to the tune of 56-28. The win was familiar territory for Panther Creek who now have eight in a row.
Braxton Roberts continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 255 yards and a touchdown while completing 72.7% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground. The team also got some help courtesy of Sentel Simpson, who rushed for 57 yards and two touchdowns.
Panther Creek's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Kaufman, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
Panther Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kaufman also has no future games currently scheduled.
