Blake Varney put up the most steals he's had since back in January of 2024 on Friday. He wasn't messing around, going 6 for 15 on his way to 17 points and three steals. The matchup was his third straight with 15 or morepoints. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Varney and Severance are taking a road trip to face off against Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Silver Knights got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Mountain Lions, probably because Varney had a solid game then too: he posted 17 points.
