The Aletheia Christian Academy Lions stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Jones Christian Academy with a sharp 48-28 win. The victory was familiar territory for Aletheia Christian Academy who now have six in a row.
Aletheia Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Violet Martin, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Martin is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played. Riley Glazier was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with seven assists.
Aletheia Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Jones Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Central Christian the next time they take the court. Aletheia Christian Academy will head out to face Central Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while Jones Christian Academy will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on February 5th.
