The Pusch Ridge Christian Academy Lions stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They blew past Gilbert Christian 57-30 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Pusch Ridge Christian Academy sure is getting used to it with their eighth in a row.
Pusch Ridge Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Hannah Johnson, who scored 11 points along with five steals. Sedona Dietrich was another key contributor, scoring 17 points.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pusch Ridge Christian Academy will square off against Crismon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pusch Ridge Christian Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past six matches -- so hopefully Crismon likes a good challenge. As for Gilbert Christian, they will head out on the road to square off against Valley Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Gilbert Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Arizona Rankings (they are ranked 130th, while Valley Christian is ranked 27th).
