 Pecunia wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Ian Ennis, who  went 1-for-3 with a  stolen base and  an  RBI. Ennis has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 Meanwhile, Weiser came up short against Cole Valley Christian on Saturday and fell  10-7. Weiser has struggled against Cole Valley Christian recently, as their  matchup on Saturday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
 Payette's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Weiser, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.
 Everything went Payette's way against Weiser in their previous matchup  on April 10th as Payette made off with  a  14-4 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Payette since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
