The Little Village Phoenix will head out to  face off against the Taft Eagles  at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Little Village's last five  matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
Little Village took  a  four-goal  defeat the last time they faced off against Chicago Washington, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Phoenix never let the Patriots get on the board and left with  a   1-0  win  on Monday.
Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles  on Monday. Taft came out on top against Jones by a score of  2-0. Taft's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a  goal in their last four  matchups.
 Christian Suarez was the driving force of Taft's attack as he scored both of Taft's goals, bringing his season total up to five goals.
 Little Village is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-1-4 record  this season. As for Taft, their victory bumped their record up to 15-0.
