Scales Mound's tournament run continued when they took on Pecatonica on Saturday. The Hornets fell just short of the Indians by a score of 2-1.

Despite the loss, Scales Mound still got an impressive performance from Campbell Hereau, who had three digs and one block. Hereau is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last 12 games she's played.

Pecatonica's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brianna Carden, who had 12 digs and four blocks. That's the most digs Carden has posted over her last seven contests. Another player making a difference was Sam Cobb, who had 16 digs and one assist.

Scales Mound's defeat dropped their record down to 19-11-1. As for Pecatonica, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-14-1 record this season.
