Ironton now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Fairland, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with that victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

As for Fairland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South Point at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. South Point will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 224th, while Fairland is ranked 13th).
