Tulpehocken waltzed into their matchup  on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  squad sidled past the Lancaster Mennonite Blazers  4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Trojans have posted  since April 10, 2024.
 Aidan Schwalm was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Schwalm was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Jared Baer was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  RBI and two  doubles.
Tulpehocken's victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 3-1. The  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Lancaster Mennonite, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tulpehocken will host Berks Catholic  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Lancaster Mennonite, they will welcome Antietam  at 4:15  p.m.  on Wednesday.
