Deekota Johnson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 24 points along with five steals. Derrick Green was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with seven rebounds.
Oakdale pushed their record up to 2-2 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.7 points per game. As for Tioga, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oakdale and Ville Platte will face off at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Louisiana (Ville Platte is ranked 170th, while Oakdale is ranked 173rd). As for Tioga, they will head out on the road to face off against Mamou at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
