If the Forest Hill Falcons were riding high off their 66-44 takedown of the Leonard Lancers on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Forest Hill took a 62-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sharks on Friday. Forest Hill was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Sharks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2018.
Forest Hill's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trenton Davis, who scored 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Travis Mcintyre, who scored 12 points.
Forest Hill has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season. As for Atlantic Christian, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-4.
Forest Hill will take on the Wolverines at TBD on Tuesday. Wellington will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak. As for Atlantic Christian, they will face off against the Bulldogs at TBD on Tuesday. Berean Christian is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
