The Park Tudor Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Park Tudor extended their postseason success on Friday against North Vermillion. They came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 41-28.
It was another big night for Dj (darrell) gordon, who rushed for 124 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 246 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per attempt. (darrell) gordon's longest rush was for an incredible 82 yards. Hayden Souza did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 84 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, North Judson-San Pierre stacked a seventh blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They put the hurt on Triton with a sharp 33-7 win. Winning may never get old, but North Judson-San Pierre sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Brock Benson was his usual excellent self, rushing for 198 yards and four touchdowns. Kole Wilcox also helped out as he racked up 122 rushing yards.
Park Tudor has yet to lose a matchup on the road this season, leaving them with a 12-0 record. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for North Judson-San Pierre, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.
Keep an eye on the end zone in Friday's game as Park Tudor and North Judson-San Pierre haven't had much trouble getting there this season. Park Tudor commands a daunting offense this season, having averaged 7.2 touchdowns per game. However, it's not like North Judson-San Pierre struggles in that department as they've been averaging 4.8 per game.
