Meanwhile, Laporte's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their 22nd straight loss dating back to last season. They suffered a tough 64-43 loss at the hands of Red Lake.
Blackduck's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Laporte, their loss was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-3.
Everything came up roses for Blackduck against Laporte when the teams last played back in February as the team secured a 71-31 victory. Will Blackduck repeat their success, or does Laporte have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
