Edmonds-Woodway found a leader in Declan Crawford as the team took down Shorecrest on Friday. The Scots had no answer to Crawford as he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Crawford has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

Crawford's strong effort led Edmonds-Woodway over Shorecrest and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Warriors are 9-1 against the Scots going back to April of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
