Bible Baptist Christian won the last time they faced Peoples Baptist Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 3-0 victory. The game marked the Eagles' most dominant win of the season so far.

Bible Baptist Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Peoples Baptist Academy between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17, 25-14.

Lia Lee paced Bible Baptist Christian's offense, picking up 15 kills. Lee got some help from Rylee Davis and her 31 assists. Lee was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

The victory got Bible Baptist Christian back to even at 4-4. As for Peoples Baptist Academy, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 4-4.

Coming up, Bible Baptist Christian will host Victory Baptist at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Peoples Baptist Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Foundation Christian at 5:30 p.m. on September 8.
