Fans got a thrill when Lucky Arvizo and Abraham Thompson connected against Imperial. The connection went for 65 yards, the longest such play in II Section IV this season.
San Luis fell to Browne 58-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Cibola's dynamic duo of Arvizo and Michael DeCorse-Hall proved tough for the Tigers to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Arvizo threw for 440 yards and 4 touchdowns and DeCorse-Hall had 122 yards receiving. Thompson helped Cibola's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 95 yards.
