Graham had to endure an 11-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past North Moore 62-59. The victory was just what Graham needed coming off of a 64-33 loss in their prior match.
Jaylan Sinclair and Micah Woods were among the main playmakers for Graham as the former scored 20 points and the latter scored 24 points. That makes it seven consecutive games in which Woods has scored at least a third of Graham's points.
Meanwhile, Southeast Alamance entered their tilt with Seaforth with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Southeast Alamance beat Seaforth on Friday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 76-65.
Graham's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-20. As for Southeast Alamance, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-10.
