Volleyball Recap: Coastal Christian Now 3-1 over Last Four Games + How To Watch

Coastal Christian won the last time they faced New Bern, and Pasey Hodges did her part to make sure it happened again. The Centurions narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Bears 3-2 thanks in part to Hodges, who had 16 digs and two aces. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Coastal Christian who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 21-25, 25-21, 23-25, 16-14.

Coastal Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season. As for New Bern, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-2 record.

Coastal Christian has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against New Hanover on the 3rd. As for New Bern, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against West Craven on the 2nd.
