The Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 55-25 loss at the hands of Kenesaw. Wilcox-Hildreth found out winning isn't easy when you don't work as a unit and post seven fewer assists than your opponent.
Wilcox-Hildreth lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Sam Gruwell, who scored three points along with 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Cody Schriner, who scored five points.
Kenesaw can attribute much of their success to Maddox Wagoner, who scored 20 points. That's the first time this season that Wagoner scored 15 or more points. Jravin Suck was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with five rebounds.
Wilcox-Hildreth's loss was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 2-9. As for Kenesaw, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-5.
