Even though the Glenn Bobcats scored an imposing 56 points on Tuesday, the West Forsyth Titans still came out on top. West Forsyth took down Glenn 70-56. Given West Forsyth's advantage  in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings  (they are ranked 53rd, while Glenn is ranked 328th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Leading West Forsyth to victory were  Cameron White and  Jacari Brim.  White  scored 16 points along with eight  rebounds, while  Brim  scored 20 points along with two  blocks. Brim is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's  now  scored 17 or more in the last three games he's  played.  Jordan Jones was another key contributor,  scoring four points along with five  rebounds.
 When it comes to explaining why Glenn lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Zyire Murphy. Despite the final result, he  scored 18 points. It was the first time this season that  Murphy  scored 15 or more points.
 West Forsyth is  on a roll lately: they've  won eight of their last ten matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record  this season. As for Glenn, they are  on  an  eight-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 6-13.
 West Forsyth's road trip will continue as they head out to face Reagan at 8:00  p.m.  on February 2nd. West Forsyth has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 574 points over their last eight contests. As for Glenn, they will head out on the road to  square off against  R.J. Reynolds at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. R.J. Reynolds is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 61.2  points per game this season.
