The West Wendover Wolverines have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 35 points or more this season. They blew past Oasis Academy 62-17 on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory West Wendover has managed all season.
Leading West Wendover to victory were Osvaldo Carrillo and Adryan Carlos. Carrillo scored eight points along with nine rebounds, while Carlos scored 14 points along with five rebounds and three blocks. The contest was Carlos' ninth in a row with at least ten points. Trea Hendriks was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
West Wendover now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Oasis Academy, they bumped their record down to 2-4 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
