The Bethesda Christian Patriots waltzed into their game Tuesday with three straight wins but they left with four. They walked away with a 44-34 win over Park Tudor. Given Bethesda Christian's advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 139th, while Park Tudor is ranked 315th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Bethesda Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kenzie Fulks out in front who scored 18 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The matchup was Fulks' fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tori Hamilton, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Bethesda Christian pushed their record up to 12-3 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Park Tudor, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bethesda Christian will take on Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games. As for Park Tudor, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Indianapolis Scecina Memorial at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Indianapolis Scecina Memorial focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Tuesday.
